The Asian Society for Hydrobiology (ASH) is pleased to announce the 2025 Interim Symposium, co-hosted by ASH, Kyrgyz National Agrarian University and BK21 FOUR R&E Center.

Symposium Details:

• Theme: Hydrobiology and Vector Ecology in Central Asia: Advancing Regional Collaboration
• Host: Professor Bekbolsun Aknazarov (Email: aknazarov-61@mail.ru)
• Venue: Kyrgyz National Agrarian University, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
• Presentations: The symposium will feature five keynote speakers, with additional poster presentation sessions for regular members.
• Registration Method: Contact the Kyrgyzstan LOC or ASH Secretariat team through E-mail by June 1, 2025. (Email: aknazarov-61@mail.ru / asianhydrobiology@gmail.com)
• Registration Fee: 200 USD (Paid onsite, cash only)

  Day 1 (June 30, 2025 - Monday)- ASH Executives & LOC Meeting
  Day 2 (July 1, 2025 - Tuesday)- Symposium presentations
  Day 3 (July 2, 2025 – Wednesday) - Informal seminars & university tour (museum, etc.)
  Day 4 & 5 (July 3-4, 2025 Thursday, Friday) - Field trip & Excursions

This event will serve as a platform to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among researchers working on hydrobiology and vector ecology in Central Asia. Further details regarding the Symposium schedules and program will be announced at a later date.
